Home Inspection Pricing
Homes come in many different shapes and sizes so the pricing can get a little complicated. However, to give you an idea of about what you're looking at:
Most homes up to 1200 sq ft: $375
Up to 1000 sq ft : $375
1000 - 1500 sq ft : $399
1500 - 2000 sq ft: $429
2000 - 2500 sq ft: $459
2500 - 3000 sq ft: $499
We use the taxable sq ft which may be less than the 'listing." Ie, SOME BASEMENTS DON'T COUNT TOWARD THE SQ FT for your quote! However, things like an extra kitchen, in-law suite, separate "unit" etc. do increase the price so keep that in mind. Call to confirm the price is right!
Keep in mind that the bigger the house, the more work for us.
